How does a restock plan work?
Pick your cadence on any product page and we ship that product on repeat — weekly saves 15%, monthly 12%, quarterly 10%, yearly 8%. The discount applies every delivery, not just the first one.
Can I pause or cancel a plan?
Any time, from your plan page in your account. No phone call, no retention maze, no three-week notice period. Pause it, skip it, or end it.
What happens if my product sells out?
Rare runs are finite, so we will not quietly swap in something you did not pick. If a batch is gone we pause the plan or offer the closest thing on the shelf and let you decide.
Does a plan lock in my price?
Your plan discount holds for every delivery. If the underlying product price moves, we bill the current price with your discount applied — and you can pause the moment you do not like the math.
Is the packaging different for plan deliveries?
No. Every delivery goes out in the same plain, unbranded packaging as a one-off order. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, and nothing says it is a repeat.
