FAQ
Straight answers.
What even is a COA?
Certificate of Analysis — it's the lab report a brand submits for a specific product or batch. It shows what's in it, at what levels. When a brand gives us one, we post it. When they don't, we leave it blank.
Do all your products have COAs?
No. Paperwork depends on the brand and the batch, so some pages have it and some don't. If the one you want is missing, message support and we'll chase the brand for it.
How do I know the record matches what I received?
Match the batch or lot number on your package to the one listed on the product page. If those numbers line up, you're looking at the right record.
Why do records change between batches?
Every batch is a new production run. Brands test each one separately — so the numbers and documents can shift. That's normal and actually a good sign.
What if there's no record for my product?
Message support with your order number and we'll go ask the brand directly. A blank space means we haven't been sent it yet, not that it doesn't exist.
Where do I find the warnings?
On the product page, in the details section. Read them before you buy — not after.
Does having a COA mean it ships everywhere?
No. Shipping eligibility is based on your destination, the product type, your age verification, and order review. A lab record doesn't override destination rules.
What if I have a question before I buy?
Open the product page and read through the details first. If something's still unclear, hit support before you checkout — not after.
