 PluggDrop is a premium cannabis retailer specializing in hemp-derived THCA flower, vapes, pre-rolls, edibles, gummies, concentrates, and accessories. We offer online ordering with delivery and local pickup at our Charlotte, NC location.

Q: Where are you located?

Our retail location and pickup point is at 2923 Gibbon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269. We also offer online shopping at pluggdrop.com with shipping to select states.

Q: Do I need to be 21 to purchase?

Yes. All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products. Age verification is required at checkout and delivery.

Q: What is THCA?

THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw cannabis plants. When heated (through smoking, vaping, or cooking), THCA converts to THC, producing psychoactive effects. Our THCA products are hemp-derived and federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Q: Are your products legal?

Yes. All our products contain hemp-derived THCA and comply with federal law (2018 Farm Bill) with 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less. However, state and local laws vary. You are responsible for understanding your local regulations.

Q: Will your products make me fail a drug test?

A: Yes. THCA products convert to THC when consumed, which will likely result in a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend avoiding THCA products.

Q: What's the difference between THCA flower and regular cannabis?

A: THCA flower is derived from hemp and is federally legal. When heated, THCA converts to THC, producing similar effects to traditional cannabis. The primary difference is legal classification and sourcing.

Q: Do your products have COAs (Certificates of Analysis)?

Yes. All our products are third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and safety. COAs are available on product pages or upon request.

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within North Carolina and select states where hemp-derived THCA products are legal. Check our shipping policy for eligible locations.

Q: How long does shipping take?

 Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options (1-2 days) are available for select areas. Local Charlotte delivery offers same-day or next-day options.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $[Amount]. Local pickup is always free.

Q: Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes. All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued ID for age verification.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to age verification requirements. We need a physical address where someone 21+ can sign for the package.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier's website.

Q: How does local pickup work?

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours). Bring your order confirmation and valid ID (21+) to our location at 2923 Gibbon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269.

 Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm

Returns & Refunds

Below are some common questions about our Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?

 Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. See our Return Policy for details.

Q: What if my product is defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defective product. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Q: How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to credit your account.

Q: How should I store my products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Proper storage maintains freshness and potency.

Q: How much should I use?

Start with a small amount and wait to assess effects before consuming more. Individual tolerance varies. For new users, we recommend starting with a low dose.

Q: Can I drive after using your products?

 No. THCA products may cause impairment. Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform tasks requiring alertness after use.

Q: Are there side effects?

Possible side effects include dry mouth, increased appetite, drowsiness, or dizziness. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Q: Can I use these products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. We do not recommend using THCA products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have underlying medical conditions without consulting a physician.
