REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility
PluggDrop stands behind the quality of our products. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- Unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong items sent in error
- Cancelled orders before shipment
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Opened or used products (due to health and safety regulations)
- Products returned after 7 days without prior authorization
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-refundable at purchase)
Refund Process
Step 1: Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team at support@pluggdrop.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photos if applicable
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number
- Use a trackable shipping method (you pay return shipping unless the product is defective)

Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal/Other Payment Methods: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate (if requested instead of refund)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of use or tampering
- Product is returned without original packaging or accessories
- Product is returned more than 7 days after delivery (at our discretion)
Defective Product Refunds
- Full refund issued immediately upon receiving defective product photos
- Replacement product shipped at no cost
- We cover return shipping costs for defective items
Order Cancellation Refunds
- Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund within 3-5 business days
- Orders cancelled after shipment must follow the standard return process
Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective
Store Credit Option
- Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit for the full purchase amount
- Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases
