REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

PluggDrop stands behind the quality of our products. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong items sent in error
  • Cancelled orders before shipment

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened or used products (due to health and safety regulations)
  • Products returned after 7 days without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-refundable at purchase)

Refund Process

Step 1: Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer service team at support@pluggdrop.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photos if applicable

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging
  • Include the return authorization number
  • Use a trackable shipping method (you pay return shipping unless the product is defective)

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal/Other Payment Methods: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate (if requested instead of refund)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product shows signs of use or tampering
  • Product is returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Product is returned more than 7 days after delivery (at our discretion)

Defective Product Refunds

  • Full refund issued immediately upon receiving defective product photos
  • Replacement product shipped at no cost
  • We cover return shipping costs for defective items

Order Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund within 3-5 business days
  • Orders cancelled after shipment must follow the standard return process

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective

Store Credit Option

  • Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit for the full purchase amount
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases
