SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Information

Shipping Areas:

  • We currently ship to addresses within North Carolina and select states where hemp-derived THCA products are legal
  • Local pickup available at 2923 Gibbon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269 during business hours

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (where available)
  • Local Delivery (Charlotte area): Same-day or next-day delivery options available

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150+
  • Local pickup is always free

Age Verification:

  • Adult signature (21+) required for all deliveries
  • Someone 21 or older must be present to receive the package with valid government-issued ID
  • If no one is available, the package will be returned to the carrier facility for pickup with ID

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before [Time] EST are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after [Time] EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or international locations
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to states where hemp-derived THCA products are restricted

Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Accessories may be returned if unopened and in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used THCA flower, vapes, pre-rolls, edibles, gummies, or concentrates
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@pluggdrop.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you
  • We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items

Wrong Item Received:

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately
  • We will arrange for a prepaid return label and send the correct product

Local Pickup Returns:

  • Products purchased via local pickup can be returned in-store within 7 days with receipt

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they ship at no charge
  • Contact us immediately at support@pluggdrop.com or 917-277-6024 to request cancellation
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return upon delivery
